Security: Do not upload or enter SSNs, ITINs, government ID images, bank data, passwords, tax documents, or other sensitive identity material here. If secure verification documents are required, Address Quickly will provide the approved secure process.

Plan source of truth: Your current plan and subscription are resolved from WooCommerce/My Account. The customer does not select or change the plan in this setup form.
