SMS Consent Policy

ADDRESS QUICKLY

Effective Date: September 8, 2026

Last Updated: September 8, 2026

This SMS Consent Policy explains how Address Quickly collects, uses, records, and manages consent for text-message communications. It applies to text messages sent in connection with Address Quickly business-address, mail, package, shipping, account, support, verification, billing, and optional marketing activities.

1. PURPOSE

Address Quickly may use text messaging to provide practical and time-sensitive communications to customers, prospective customers, authorized account users, and other individuals who provide a mobile telephone number and authorize messaging where required.

Text messaging may support account setup, identity and CMRA onboarding, mail and package notifications, pickup coordination, service-request updates, billing and account notices, customer support, security-related notices, and optional promotional communications.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any Address Quickly product or service. Declining or revoking marketing SMS consent does not prevent a person from purchasing services. When permitted, Address Quickly may communicate through other channels such as email, telephone, postal mail, the authenticated customer account, or website notices.

2. MESSAGE TYPES

Depending on your relationship with Address Quickly, the services you request, and the permissions you provide, messages may include:

• Account setup and verification messages, including onboarding reminders, identity-verification steps, authorization requirements, and CMRA-related setup notices.

• Mail and package alerts, including arrival notifications and general status updates.

• Service-action messages related to Open & Scan, forwarding, scheduled pickup, packing, shipping, outgoing mail, storage, or other customer-requested services.

• Pickup coordination, appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, and readiness notices.

• Billing and account messages, including receipts, payment-attention notices, renewal or subscription information, and account-status communications.

• Customer support messages responding to questions, requests, or service concerns.

• Security, policy, operational, or service notices that reasonably affect an account or requested service.

• Optional marketing messages, including service announcements, educational resources, special offers, and other promotional communications when the required consent has been provided.

Ordinary SMS messages are not intended to contain sensitive mail contents, scanned documents, full payment-card information, passwords, or other information better handled through a secure or authenticated channel.

3. CONSENT COLLECTION

Address Quickly may collect SMS consent through clear affirmative methods, including website forms, checkout, account registration, onboarding and intake forms, customer-service interactions, written agreements, direct text-message opt-ins, or other documented consent records.

When a form requests consent for automated or marketing text messages, the consent choice should be presented clearly and should not be preselected. Where prior express written consent is required by applicable law, the consent record should identify the telephone number authorized for messaging and clearly describe the type of messages authorized. An electronic action, such as affirmatively checking an unchecked consent box, may be used where legally valid.

By providing SMS consent, you represent that you are the subscriber, customary user, or otherwise authorized user of the telephone number provided and that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number.

Consent is interpreted according to the scope in which it was given. Consent for account or service communications does not automatically create consent for a separate marketing program when separate consent is legally required. Address Quickly may retain reasonable records of consent, including the number provided, date or time, source, consent language, and other information needed to demonstrate or manage the permission.

4. MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND TIMING

Message frequency varies based on account activity, mail and package activity, service requests, billing events, support needs, and the communication program selected.

• Service and transactional messages are sent as reasonably needed for the applicable account, service, mail/package event, support matter, or requested action.

• Marketing text messages are generally limited to no more than four messages per month unless the applicable campaign or opt-in disclosure clearly states otherwise.

• Address Quickly intends to send non-urgent messages during reasonable communication hours whenever practical.

• Time-sensitive service, account, security, mail/package, pickup, or operational notices may be sent outside normal hours when reasonably necessary.

5. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and mobile plan. Address Quickly does not control carrier fees and is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless provider.

Message delivery may depend on your carrier, device, network availability, service plan, filtering technology, number status, and other conditions outside Address Quickly's control.

6. OPT-OUT AND HELP

You may revoke SMS consent or request that applicable text messages stop at any time.

• Reply STOP to an Address Quickly text message to opt out of the applicable SMS program or sending number.

• Address Quickly will also honor other reasonable language that clearly communicates a request to stop messages, as required by applicable law.

• Reply HELP for assistance where supported.

• You may contact sms@addressquickly.com or support@addressquickly.com, use the Address Quickly Contact & Support page or authenticated My Account experience, or call 1-800-319-2403 to request a communication-preference update.

Address Quickly will process valid opt-out requests promptly and within the time required by applicable law. After an opt-out, Address Quickly may send one final non-marketing confirmation message acknowledging the request when permitted.

If you later want to receive messages again, you must affirmatively opt in again. Where the messaging program supports it, replying START or completing a new consent action may restore messaging.

7. EFFECT OF OPTING OUT

Opting out of SMS does not cancel your Address Quickly account, subscription, service request, invoice, payment obligation, mail-handling authorization, or other contractual responsibility.

If SMS is disabled, some reminders or time-sensitive alerts may instead be provided through email, telephone, the customer account, postal mail, or another lawful and appropriate channel. Customers remain responsible for monitoring the communication channels associated with their account.

A marketing opt-out does not prevent Address Quickly from sending communications that are transactional, service-related, legally required, or otherwise permitted without marketing consent.

8. NUMBER CHANGES AND UNAUTHORIZED USE

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for notifying Address Quickly if a telephone number changes, is reassigned, is no longer under your control, or should no longer be used for messaging.

If you receive Address Quickly messages intended for someone else, please reply STOP or contact Address Quickly so the number can be reviewed and removed from the appropriate messaging records.

Address Quickly may suspend or discontinue messaging to a number when it has reason to believe the number is invalid, reassigned, unauthorized, or otherwise unsuitable for continued messaging.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA HANDLING

Address Quickly uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect mobile contact information, consent records, and communication data within its control. Address Quickly does not sell or rent mobile telephone numbers to third-party marketers.

Address Quickly may use service providers that support messaging, customer service, CRM functions, website forms, marketing, account operations, or other communication workflows. Those providers may process limited information as needed to perform the services for which they are engaged and are expected to handle information consistently with their contractual and legal obligations.

Customers should not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, identity documents, private mail contents, scanned documents, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary SMS unless Address Quickly has specifically provided an approved secure method for that purpose.

Privacy questions may be directed to privacy@addressquickly.com. Additional information about personal-information handling is governed by the Address Quickly Privacy Policy and other applicable account terms.

10. CARRIER DISCLAIMER

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Address Quickly cannot guarantee delivery because messaging may be affected by carrier filtering, network limitations, device settings, service interruptions, blocked numbers, incorrect contact information, or other conditions outside Address Quickly's control.

Availability of STOP, HELP, START, or other keyword functions may depend on the messaging program and carrier capabilities. Address Quickly will nevertheless honor valid consent and revocation requests as required by applicable law.

11. POLICY CHANGES

Address Quickly may update this SMS Consent Policy to reflect changes in services, communication practices, messaging technology, carrier requirements, or applicable legal requirements. Material changes will be reflected by revising the Last Updated date and, when appropriate, by providing additional notice through the website, customer account, or another reasonable channel.

A policy update does not by itself create new marketing consent where new or renewed consent is legally required.
