This policy describes acceptable use of Address Quickly services and restrictions that help protect customers, the facility, the mail stream, and lawful service operations.
Authorized use
The service is for legitimate business mailing/address use and approved mail-management activity.
Authorized names only
Mail should be addressed only to properly authorized recipients and business names associated with the account.
Restricted items
Illegal, dangerous, hazardous, prohibited, or otherwise restricted materials may be refused.
Large or unusual deliveries
Freight, pallets, unusually large deliveries, and items creating unreasonable safety or storage risks may require advance approval or may be refused.
No false office claim
Customers may not falsely represent Address Quickly premises, employees, or facilities as their own staffed physical office.
