This policy explains cancellation, unused-service refunds, non-refundable charges, and post-termination mail handling.
Cancel anytime
Standard monthly subscriptions may be canceled through the customer account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current paid period remains active unless earlier termination is otherwise permitted.
No mid-cycle proration after use
Monthly subscription fees are not prorated after service has been used.
30-day unused-service refund
A completely unused new account may qualify when no mail/package has been received, the address has not been used for mail receipt, no scan, forwarding, pickup, Registered Agent, outgoing-mail, packing/shipping or other service has been performed, and no usage-based charge has been incurred.
Non-refundable incurred charges
Once incurred or performed, postage/carrier charges, packing labor, boxes/materials, scanning, forwarding, storage, outgoing print/mail, government fees, Registered Agent work already performed, third-party fees, and custom/special-order services are non-refundable.
Post-termination mail
Post-termination handling continues according to applicable USPS CMRA requirements and authorized customer instructions; applicable postage and charges remain customer-paid.
