You can begin the signup process immediately, but mail service cannot be activated until the required identity verification, authorization, and CMRA onboarding requirements have been completed.

Yes. The service is specifically designed to provide businesses with a professional mailing address. Whether a particular government agency, bank, licensing authority, or private company will accept a CMRA address for a specific purpose is determined by that organization.

The address may be used for appropriate business mailing/address purposes, subject to applicable Florida requirements and the requirements of the particular filing. Address Quickly does not guarantee acceptance for every filing or regulatory purpose.

Purchasing an Address Quickly plan does not guarantee eligibility or approval for a Google Business Profile. Google independently determines eligibility and verification requirements.

No. Banks, lenders, payment processors, government agencies, and other organizations establish their own address requirements. Address Quickly provides the address and mail-management service but cannot guarantee third-party approval.

A Commercial Mail Receiving Agency, or CMRA, is a business authorized to receive mail on behalf of customers. Customers must complete applicable USPS authorization and identity-verification requirements before Address Quickly can receive mail for them.

Basic includes the professional business address, mail and package receiving, arrival notifications, exterior item images, customer portal access, up to 30 incoming items per month, 2 authorized recipients, 1 business name, and 1 Open & Scan request per month, plus the standard included services available to Address Quickly customers.

Essentials includes up to 75 incoming items per month, 4 authorized recipients, 1 business name, 5 Open & Scan requests per month, and 1 included forwarding-handling event per month, plus the standard included Address Quickly services.

Plus includes up to 150 incoming items per month, 6 authorized recipients, 2 business names, 10 Open & Scan requests per month, and 2 included forwarding-handling events per month, plus priority scan processing, priority pickup preparation, and the promotional first-year Florida Registered Agent benefit for one eligible entity.

Each separately received envelope, postcard, magazine, letter pack, parcel, or package counts as one incoming item. A package containing several products is still one incoming package. Five separately addressed packages count as five items.

Additional incoming items are accepted at $0.30 per item. You do not have to immediately upgrade your plan simply because you exceed the allowance.

No. Incoming-item, Open & Scan, and included forwarding-handling allowances reset with each billing cycle and do not accumulate.

Address Quickly records incoming items and sends an arrival notification. An exterior image of the item is also made available through your account where applicable.

No. We do not routinely open mail simply because it arrives. Opening and scanning occurs when you submit an authorized Open & Scan request or when another specifically authorized service requires it.

Select an eligible mail item from your account and request Open & Scan. We open the item, digitally scan its contents, and make the resulting document available to you electronically.

After using your plan's included allowance, an additional Open & Scan is $2.00 per envelope for up to 10 pages. Additional pages are $0.20 each.

Yes. Completed digital scans can be accessed and downloaded through the customer system as supported by the portal.

Pickup appointments are available during Address Quickly's published pickup availability, including the planned 8:00 AM-8:00 PM appointment window. Customers should schedule before arriving so their items can be prepared.

An appropriately authorized person may be permitted to collect items after satisfying the applicable account authorization and identification requirements.

Yes. Plus includes priority pickup preparation so requested items receive processing preference before the scheduled pickup.

Yes. Mail forwarding is available to all Address Quickly customers.

Yes. You can establish an approved recurring forwarding schedule rather than manually requesting every shipment.

Yes. Standard letters may be consolidated to reduce unnecessary forwarding shipments.

No. Postage and carrier charges are separate from the monthly subscription. Customers pay the actual applicable postage or carrier cost.

Basic does not include a monthly forwarding-handling event. Essentials includes 1 per month, and Plus includes 2 per month. After the included allowance is exhausted, standard forwarding handling is $1.50 per shipment.

Forwarding can be arranged using available carriers and destinations. The customer is responsible for applicable postage, carrier charges, customs, duties, taxes, insurance, and other destination-related costs.

Yes. Package receiving is available with Address Quickly plans, subject to the account allowance and package policies.

We can receive eligible deliveries from common carriers and postal services subject to our receiving, safety, size, and service policies.

Standard package storage is free for the first 7 days. After that period, the approved storage charge is $0.75 per package per week.

Our standard package threshold is up to 25 pounds. Items above the standard threshold may incur an oversized handling/storage charge of $0.20 per pound above 25 pounds. Extremely large, irregular, freight, or palletized deliveries may require advance approval.

Yes. Optional package-content photography is available. Exterior arrival imaging is included; opening a parcel and photographing its contents is an additional service.

Yes. Professional packing and shipping are available a la carte. Packing labor, packaging materials, and actual carrier charges are billed separately.

Standard non-package physical mail receives 90 days of free storage. After that period, physical storage is $0.10 per item per month.

Yes. Check-deposit preparation is available as an included convenience when properly requested. Address Quickly does not guarantee that a financial institution will accept, clear, or make funds available from a particular check.

Yes. Outgoing print-and-mail services are available. Current approved pricing is $0.15 per black-and-white page, $0.49 per color page, $0.10 mail preparation per item, plus actual postage and any required materials.

Yes. Packaging supplies are available as needed and are priced separately from subscription plans.

Our approved model is to charge the customer the actual applicable postage/carrier cost rather than using postage itself as the profit center. Packing labor, materials, and other requested services remain separately priced where applicable.

Subscription fees are billed according to your recurring monthly billing cycle. Usage charges and additional services may be charged separately as they are incurred or processed.

Yes. An active payment method is required for subscription fees and applicable usage charges.

If a recurring payment fails, Address Quickly provides a 5-day grace period to update the payment method and bring the account current. During the grace period, the address remains active and incoming mail can continue to be received. New discretionary paid requests may be held until payment is corrected. Beginning on Day 6, optional service requests such as Open & Scan, forwarding, Pack & Ship, and outgoing mail may be suspended until the account is brought current. Accounts remaining unpaid for 30 days may be terminated in accordance with the account agreement and applicable CMRA requirements. Address Quickly does not charge a standard late fee at launch.

Yes. Plan upgrades take effect immediately. The customer is charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing cycle. The upgraded plan's allowance becomes the customer's total allowance for that billing cycle; prior usage during that same cycle counts toward the new total allowance.

Yes. Downgrades take effect on the next renewal date. The customer keeps the current paid plan and its benefits through the end of the current billing period. No prorated refund is issued for the remaining portion of the current plan.

Yes. Standard monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the customer's online account. A phone call is not required to stop future renewal.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. The current subscription remains active through the end of the already-paid billing period unless service is terminated earlier for a permitted reason under the account agreement.

No. Monthly subscription fees are not prorated after service has been used. The customer retains access to the paid plan through the end of the current billing period.

Yes. Address Quickly provides a 30-day unused-service refund policy for a completely unused new account. To qualify, no mail or package may have been received, the address may not have been used for mail receipt, no scan, forwarding, pickup, Registered Agent, outgoing-mail, packing/shipping, or other service may have been performed, and no usage-based charges may have been incurred.

Once incurred or performed, postage and carrier charges, packing labor, boxes and materials, scanning charges, forwarding charges, storage charges, outgoing printing/mail services, government or state fees, Registered Agent work already performed, third-party fees, and custom or special-order services are non-refundable. Genuine billing errors will be corrected.

Address Quickly continues handling post-termination mail in accordance with applicable USPS CMRA requirements and the customer's authorized post-termination instructions. Customers remain responsible for postage and other applicable charges associated with required remailing.

No. Mail is not routinely opened without an authorized request or another lawful basis permitting or requiring handling.

Yes. Prohibited, illegal, dangerous, hazardous, or otherwise restricted materials may be refused. Freight, pallets, unusually large deliveries, and items creating unreasonable safety or storage risks may require advance approval or be refused.

No. The service provides an authorized business mailing/address service. Customers may not falsely represent Address Quickly's premises, employees, or facilities as their own staffed physical office.

Not at launch. Current Address Quickly plans do not include coworking space, meeting rooms, day offices, or physical office occupancy.

Not at launch. Live receptionist, call answering, and dedicated business-phone services are not currently included in Address Quickly plans.
