ADDRESS QUICKLY
Effective Date: September 8, 2026
Last Updated: September 8, 2026
This Email Communication Policy explains how Address Quickly uses email for account, service, support, billing, operational, security, and optional marketing communications and how recipients may manage their communication preferences.
1. PURPOSE
Email is an important communication channel for Address Quickly customers and prospective customers. Address Quickly may use email to support account setup, identity and CMRA onboarding, mail and package notifications, service requests, pickup coordination, billing, payment recovery, customer support, policy notices, security notices, educational resources, and optional marketing.
This policy works together with the Address Quickly Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, applicable account agreements, and other approved policies.
2. TYPES OF EMAIL WE MAY SEND
Depending on your relationship with Address Quickly, emails may include:
• Account creation, login, verification, onboarding, authorization, and CMRA-related messages.
• Mail and package arrival notifications and general item-status messages.
• Service-request messages concerning Open & Scan, forwarding, pickup, packing, shipping, outgoing mail, storage, or other requested services.
• Subscription, billing, receipt, payment-attention, renewal, cancellation, refund, or account-status messages.
• Customer support responses and case-related communications.
• Security, fraud-prevention, policy, operational, or service notices.
• Educational Resource Center content and service information.
• Optional marketing messages, promotional announcements, special offers, and other commercial communications where permitted.
3. SERVICE AND TRANSACTIONAL EMAILS
Some emails are necessary to operate or support a requested service or account. These may include verification messages, receipts, billing notices, payment-failure notices, service-request confirmations, mail/package notifications, security alerts, legal or policy notices, and communications necessary to administer an active or recently terminated account.
Unsubscribing from marketing email does not prevent Address Quickly from sending service, transactional, security, legal, or other non-marketing communications that are reasonably necessary or otherwise permitted.
4. MARKETING EMAIL CONSENT AND PREFERENCES
Address Quickly may send marketing email to recipients where permitted by applicable law and consistent with the permissions, relationship, or communication preferences associated with the recipient.
Marketing email should clearly identify Address Quickly as the sender and provide a practical way to stop future marketing messages. Address Quickly does not require a customer to agree to receive marketing email as a condition of purchasing an Address Quickly plan or service.
Recipients may update marketing preferences by using an unsubscribe link provided in an applicable marketing message, contacting notifications@addressquickly.com, or using another preference-management method made available by Address Quickly.
5. UNSUBSCRIBE REQUESTS
Address Quickly will honor valid requests to stop marketing email and will process them within the time required by applicable law. An unsubscribe request applies to marketing or promotional email within its stated scope and does not cancel an account, subscription, service request, invoice, payment obligation, mail-handling authorization, or other contractual responsibility.
If a recipient continues to receive a marketing message after submitting an unsubscribe request, the recipient may contact notifications@addressquickly.com so the communication record can be reviewed.
6. EMAIL ADDRESSES AND ACCOUNT ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and keeping account contact information current. Address Quickly may use the email address associated with an account, service request, purchase, support inquiry, or documented communication preference.
If an email address becomes invalid, inaccessible, reassigned, or no longer under the customer's control, the customer should update the account or contact Address Quickly promptly.
Address Quickly may suppress or discontinue email delivery to addresses that repeatedly bounce, appear invalid, are reported as abusive, or otherwise create deliverability or security concerns.
7. PRIVACY AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION
Address Quickly uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards for email-related information within its control. Email addresses and communication records may be processed by service providers that support email delivery, customer service, CRM functions, website forms, account operations, billing workflows, or marketing communications.
Ordinary email is not intended to be a secure channel for passwords, full payment-card numbers, identity documents, private mail contents, scanned documents, or other highly sensitive information unless Address Quickly has specifically provided an approved secure method for that purpose.
Privacy and data-handling questions may be directed to privacy@addressquickly.com.
8. PHISHING, IMPERSONATION, AND EMAIL SECURITY
Customers should use caution with messages that claim to be from Address Quickly but request passwords, full payment-card information, unusual wire transfers, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or other sensitive information through an unexpected channel.
Address Quickly may use role-based addresses for legitimate operational purposes, including support, billing, payments, mail services, security, notifications, legal, privacy, and other business functions. When uncertain about a message, customers should verify it through the Address Quickly website, authenticated My Account experience, support@addressquickly.com, or 1-800-319-2403 rather than relying on contact information contained only in the suspicious message.
Address Quickly is not responsible for fraudulent messages sent by third parties impersonating the company, but customers are encouraged to report suspected impersonation or security concerns to security@addressquickly.com.
9. DELIVERY AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
Email delivery may depend on internet service providers, mailbox providers, spam filters, security systems, recipient settings, domain reputation, and other conditions outside Address Quickly's control. Address Quickly cannot guarantee that every email will be delivered, displayed immediately, or placed in a recipient's primary inbox.
Address Quickly may use third-party email, infrastructure, CRM, commerce, support, or security providers to send or support communications. Those providers may process limited information as necessary to perform the services for which they are engaged.
10. SOCIAL MEDIA AND OTHER CHANNELS
Address Quickly maintains social-media profiles under the Address Quickly name on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn. Social media may be used for public information, education, announcements, and general engagement, but it is not a substitute for secure account communications.
Do not post or send passwords, full payment-card information, identity documents, private mail contents, scanned documents, or other sensitive account information through public posts, comments, or unsolicited social-media direct messages.
11. POLICY CHANGES
Address Quickly may update this Email Communication Policy to reflect changes in services, communication practices, technology, service providers, or applicable legal requirements. Material changes will be reflected by revising the Last Updated date and, when appropriate, by providing additional notice through the website, customer account, email, or another reasonable channel.
