Payment & Security Policy

ADDRESS QUICKLY

Effective Date: September 8, 2026

Last Updated: September 8, 2026

This Payment & Security Policy explains how Address Quickly approaches payment processing, billing-related communications, payment security, fraud prevention, and customer responsibilities. It should be read together with the Address Quickly Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, applicable plan terms, and other approved account agreements.

1. PAYMENT METHODS AND PROCESSING

Address Quickly may accept payment through supported payment methods made available during checkout, through the customer account, or through another approved payment channel.

Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment processors, gateways, card networks, banks, wallet providers, or other financial-service providers. Those providers may collect and process payment information according to their own terms, privacy notices, security requirements, and applicable financial-network rules.

Address Quickly does not guarantee that every payment method, card, bank, wallet, or transaction will be accepted. A payment may be declined, delayed, reversed, placed under review, or otherwise affected by the customer's financial institution, payment provider, fraud controls, network conditions, account status, or other circumstances outside Address Quickly's control.

2. RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTHORIZATION

Address Quickly subscription plans are billed according to the recurring billing cycle associated with the selected plan. By purchasing a recurring plan and providing a valid payment method, the customer authorizes applicable recurring subscription charges and approved usage or additional-service charges in accordance with the account agreement and applicable service terms.

An active payment method is required for subscription fees and applicable usage charges. Customers are responsible for keeping payment information current and for reviewing their account and billing communications.

Plan changes, renewals, cancellations, refunds, usage charges, and related billing outcomes are governed by the applicable Address Quickly plan terms, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and current account status.

3. FAILED PAYMENTS AND PAYMENT RECOVERY

If a recurring payment fails, Address Quickly currently provides a five-day grace period to update the payment method and bring the account current. During the grace period, the address remains active and incoming mail may continue to be received. New discretionary paid requests may be held until payment is corrected.

Beginning on Day 6, optional service requests such as Open & Scan, forwarding, Pack & Ship, and outgoing mail may be suspended until the account is brought current. Accounts remaining unpaid for 30 days may be terminated in accordance with the account agreement and applicable CMRA requirements.

Address Quickly does not currently charge a standard late fee. These rules may be updated prospectively in accordance with applicable customer agreements and published policy changes.

4. PAYMENT SECURITY

Address Quickly uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access to payment-related information and account systems within its control.

Payment-card information should be entered only through an approved Address Quickly checkout, customer-account payment flow, or other specifically authorized secure payment channel. Customers should not send full payment-card numbers, card security codes, passwords, banking credentials, or other sensitive payment information through ordinary email, SMS, social-media messages, public comments, or other unsecured channels.

Address Quickly may use payment processors and service providers that maintain their own security controls and payment-card handling responsibilities. Address Quickly does not represent in this policy that every third-party provider or every component of the payment ecosystem is controlled directly by Address Quickly.

5. CARDHOLDER AND PAYMENT DATA HANDLING

Address Quickly seeks to limit the collection, display, and transmission of sensitive payment information to what is reasonably necessary for payment and account workflows.

Where a third-party payment processor, gateway, wallet, or bank is responsible for collecting or storing cardholder data, that provider's systems and controls may govern the handling of that information. Address Quickly may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, limited card descriptors, billing-related account information, or other information needed to reconcile and support a transaction without receiving the customer's complete card credentials.

Customers should use only the payment interfaces presented or expressly authorized by Address Quickly and should not transmit sensitive payment data through support tickets, email attachments, text messages, social media, or document-upload channels unless Address Quickly expressly identifies the channel as appropriate for that purpose.

6. FRAUD PREVENTION AND SECURITY REVIEW

Address Quickly may use reasonable fraud-prevention, identity-verification, transaction-monitoring, access-control, or security-review measures to protect customers, the company, payment providers, and service operations.

A transaction or account action may be delayed, held, declined, canceled, or referred for additional review when Address Quickly or an applicable provider reasonably identifies suspected fraud, unauthorized use, unusual account activity, payment risk, identity inconsistency, sanctions or legal concerns, technical anomalies, or other security issues.

Security review does not guarantee that fraud, account compromise, payment error, or unauthorized activity will never occur.

7. CUSTOMER SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for maintaining reasonable security over their account credentials, devices, email accounts, mobile numbers, and payment methods.

Customers should:

• Use a strong, unique password for their Address Quickly account.

• Protect account credentials and avoid sharing passwords.

• Review billing and account notices promptly.

• Keep contact and payment information current.

• Use caution with unexpected messages requesting payment or credentials.

• Verify suspicious payment requests through the Address Quickly website, authenticated My Account experience, support@addressquickly.com, or 1-800-319-2403.

• Notify Address Quickly promptly if they suspect unauthorized account access, fraudulent payment activity, or misuse of their payment method.

8. BILLING QUESTIONS, ERRORS, AND DISPUTES

Customers should report suspected billing errors promptly so Address Quickly can review the relevant transaction and account records.

Billing questions may be directed to billing@addressquickly.com. Payment-specific questions may be directed to payments@addressquickly.com. Genuine billing errors will be corrected in accordance with the applicable account records, account terms, and customer agreement.

Customers should not initiate a payment dispute or chargeback as a substitute for contacting Address Quickly when a good-faith billing question can reasonably be resolved directly. Nothing in this policy limits any right a customer may have under applicable law or card-network rules.

Address Quickly may provide transaction documentation or account records to payment providers, banks, card networks, or other authorized parties as reasonably necessary to respond to a payment dispute, fraud inquiry, or chargeback.

9. REFUNDS AND NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES

Refund eligibility is governed by the Address Quickly Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable account terms.

The current policy provides a 30-day unused-service refund for a completely unused new account under the stated conditions. Monthly subscription fees are not prorated after service has been used. Once incurred or performed, postage and carrier charges, packing labor, boxes and materials, scanning charges, forwarding charges, storage charges, outgoing printing/mail services, government or state fees, Registered Agent work already performed, third-party fees, and custom or special-order services are non-refundable, except that genuine billing errors will be corrected.

10. PHISHING AND PAYMENT IMPERSONATION

Customers should be cautious of messages that claim to be from Address Quickly and request unusual payment methods, passwords, full card details, gift cards, cryptocurrency, wire transfers, or other sensitive information through an unexpected channel.

Legitimate Address Quickly payment and billing communications may come from approved Address Quickly systems or role-based addresses, but customers should independently verify suspicious requests through the website, authenticated My Account experience, payments@addressquickly.com, billing@addressquickly.com, support@addressquickly.com, or 1-800-319-2403.

Suspected phishing, impersonation, account compromise, or other security concerns may be reported to security@addressquickly.com.

11. PRIVACY

Payment-related personal information is handled in accordance with the Address Quickly Privacy Policy, applicable account agreements, and the responsibilities of relevant third-party payment providers.

Address Quickly does not sell payment-card information to third-party marketers. Payment and transaction information may be disclosed to processors, financial institutions, fraud-prevention services, professional advisers, service providers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to process transactions, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, comply with law, or protect rights and security.

12. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS AND EXTERNAL SYSTEMS

Address Quickly may rely on payment processors, financial institutions, card networks, hosting providers, security providers, ecommerce platforms, subscription systems, and other vendors to support payment and account operations.

Service availability, settlement timing, authorization, reversals, chargebacks, wallet behavior, card-network rules, and bank processing may depend on those external providers. Address Quickly cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability or independent decisions of third-party payment systems.

13. POLICY CHANGES

Address Quickly may update this Payment & Security Policy to reflect changes in payment methods, providers, security practices, services, business rules, or applicable legal or financial-network requirements. Material changes will be reflected by revising the Last Updated date and, when appropriate, by providing additional notice through the website, customer account, email, or another reasonable channel.
