Packages & Shipping

Package handling can involve several different charge types: storage after the free period, oversized handling for heavier items, packing labor and materials when repacking is requested, and the carrier cost to ship the package. Understanding each layer makes the final charge easier to predict.

Business package receiving is easier when you know the rules before a shipment arrives. Recipient names, carrier eligibility, size and weight, storage time, pickup authorization, forwarding, packing, and prohibited items can all affect how a package is handled.
